First of all we apologize for not having a high-tech website to impress you. We simply want to inform you about the following situation:

Fact 1

No matter how badly economies are hit by crisis, people around the globe will always have health problems that need to be addressed. To work successfully in this field guarantees a secure income plus satisfaction for both, patient and therapist, provided it is done in a sincere professional way.

Fact 2

Patients worldwide are searching for alternative natural ways of restoring health rather than trusting so called western medicine which depends on pharmaceuticals & high-tech equipment and that treat symptoms instead of cause. In most countries health seekers become very critical, demanding a more holistic concept.

Fact 3

Ayurveda has, next to acupuncture and other systems, become popular in most industrial countries. 100s of books on this subjects are available, translated into various languages, however when it comes to treating patients, ayurveda faces numerous obstacles & legal restrictions not allowing it to be practiced as in India or Sri Lanka.

Fact 4

Ayurveda as taught in India depends on complex treatments (i.e. Pancha Karma, Sneha-Karma) which require more preparation skills, time, room, equipment, technicians, oils etc, than any other natural therapy in the world. Fortunately ayurveda owes its worldwide popularity to its holistic way to health (i.e. 3-Dosha-Concept, 5 Elements) rather than to the messy treatments which cannot be performed properly in many countries anyhow.

Fact 5

9 out of 10 patients are dissatisfied with the little time and poor information/guidance given by their physician, leaving them alone with their problem, unware of the true cause of it. In the US and other modern societies the troubled ones turns to "shrinks" hoping they can help. Patients are glad to have somebody to talk to and who listens  to their situation. For this they are willing to pay. There are not enough coaches, consultants & counselors to meet the demand of those in need. This is the area for which ayurvedic health consultants are needed desperately.

Fact 6

To take plenty of time for a patient, to listen compassionately, to consider him/her as a unique individual who wants to find out the true cause of his/her suffering, is just what an ayurvedic consultant can do much better than any other specialist. For this however, we do not need to memorize over 800 medicinal plants, their various names, which part to use, how to prepare medicines etc., which takes alone more than 2 years to master. There is no need to memorize difficult terminologies in Sanskrit either or to  study complicated treatments, or even ayurvedic surgery, for which most of us would  prefer a modern hospital anyway. If we delete all those subjects and topics from a five years study which cannot be used abroad - it comes to 100 hrs of teaching. This is our concept . . .
